On Oct. 14, 2023, it was fun to participate in the international Forging Through Time zoom. Because that date was my regular monthly blacksmithing class, I set this up as a class. The theme for the event was Stretching Time, which we interpreted as Stretching an Hourglass. With two students, we made the sculptures shown. The glass part was hand-blown for us by the noted glass artist Laura Arns. It was great fun, and a great challenge for all.
